A vision crystallizes the desired or intended future.  Vision is a long term view, and combining that with absolute clarity is the key to creating massive growth and a positive and productive personal or professional culture.  Vision is part of a desire. Values can range from the commonplace, such as the belief in hard work and punctuality, to the more psychological, such as self- reliance, concern for others, and a sense of purpose. Values are traits or qualities that are considered worthwhile; they represent your highest priorities and deeply held driving principles.
