Refund Policy

Our business hours are 8:00AM – 5:00PM Eastern time, Monday thru Friday.

Hey it happens! If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling).

If you attended a live event or a coaching program and are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days
of finishing the program for a refund.

Please note, refunds are not valid for programs that are on a recurring billing platform, i.e. iVisionMyLife. You must contact us to cancel your membership before your next billing statement.

When canceling your membership, it is best to let us know during our normal business hours because weekend requests will not be processed until the next business day. If you email us over the weekend, and your billing date falls during that time, this may result in your account being charged. However, we are honorable and will refund the monies to you; the credit should post to your account within 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: If you click CANCEL (located at the bottom of any email announcement), this only unsubscribes you from the mailing list; this does NOT cancel the billing portion of your membership. You MUST send us a separate email to stop the recurring monthly charge.

By sending us an email, you are giving us permission to access your account and stop the billing. If you simply cancel the mailing list subscription, we have no way of knowing that you also intended to stop the billing.
